To be honest, where do I begin?
I remember calling you from the dog park that day in a state of panic, desperate to get out of my landlord crisis. I needed to find a new place and fast. You spoke to me for about an hour on the phone and started looking up options for me within the hour that I called you back.
The process was so selfless and attentive. We started seriously looking back in August and it wasn't easy trying to find the right fit - safe, nice and affordable, but you were so encouraging and supportive. I know... I won't overwhelm you with my verbosity, but I have so much to thank you for and I want to share it with everyone! It is refreshing to find a realtor that cares as much as you and practically adopts you...like no joke:)
We explored so many options and you 'kept it real' with your opinions and advice; a rare commodity and I respected it. After all that we did together and it was quite the process because of my situation, you walked me through the entire process, including all the unexpected hiccups. I wasn't having much luck looking for a place online by myself, spending hours reading hopefully into vague descriptions and placing calls that weren't returned, or when they were, finding the places were no longer available.
Betsy came highly recommended by a close friend who knew it was taking me forever to find a place. I told Betsy what I was interested in, and she selected the right type of places for me to look at. She met all my criteria and waited patiently while I made up my mind, taking me out on the weekends to look and compare, and always keeping me updated with listings as they came in.
As I narrowed it down, when the last place was unavailable for viewing, Betsy persevered and got me in that same day, which made it easy for me to make my final decision. I really appreciate that she heard me, found what I wanted, kept within my price range, and handled all the paperwork. Betsy made moving easy for me. I don't think I would ever move again without her--using a professional Realtor made me feel comfortable knowing that there were no bad hidden surprises, and that the people we were dealing with were reputable. We wanted to convey our most sincere appreciation to you and your company for the recent purchase of our home in South Florida. We are an active duty military couple who have been reassigned to the greater Miami area, and with each move comes the normal stress and hassle of finding a new home, new schools, church and all of the things necessary to make ourselves comfortable.
We became acquainted with your sales associate, Betsy Kleier through her real estate web site. Her use of the internet and technology advanced approach to real estate sales was very intriguing to us. We made an initial inquiry and she responded quickly with a tailored product of the type of homes that we were interested in. As an Air Force "brat", she understood the unique needs of a military family and its relocation requirements.
Twice during the course of our house hunting, we asked her to redirect her efforts. She easily regrouped, gathered the necessary listings and presented a broad range of alternatives, based on availability and our price range. Betsy also suggested a number of financing methods and, through her vast network of contacts, was able to find a mortgage broker who successfully found a suitable lender.
Of course, as in all home closings, ensuring that all of the proper papers are in order is crucial. Betsy kept close track of all requirements and details so that we met all of the title company requirements on time. She established an exceptional rapport with the other sales agent and brokered any issues to their successful conclusion, always keeping our interests as her highest priority.
Even after closing, Betsy still looked after our needs. Because our military orders did not bring us to our new home until almost 60 days after closing, she frequently visited the house, met with contractors and maintenance staffs to see that he home was cared for during the interim period. She provided lists of utility companies, made appointments for school visits and gave a large list of alternative sources for the variety of necessary companies.
I cannot say enough good things about Betsy, and the support your company provided to her in allowing her to service our needs during the transition. Thank you for everything, and please feel free to use us as a reference for future real estate needs.
